How It Works

Our list of over 7000 songs is available in our songbooks when you come to karaoke.

The list is also available here online. Before coming to karaoke, look through our

online song lists and make a note of any songs you would like to sing or hear. Then,

when you're ready to karaoke, you will be better prepared to fill out song request slips

like the one below.

We are trying something new.

If you would like to hear a particular song but don't want to sing it, you can indicate

on the slip for another singer to sing your song. We will try to solicit a singer for you.

You will need to fill out one of these Song Request slips for each song.

And we are trying something newer.

Some singers have been writing down the names of more than one song at a time on the

above Song Request Slip. Now we have designed a Multi-Song Request Slip (see below)

which gives you more room to do this. You still only get to sing one song per rotation at a

time. It just saves you from writing out up to five separate slips.

Other Tidbits

We are asking singers to fill out one song request slip for each song they would like to

sing. The song slips are then put in the order we receive them and this becomes our

rotation. If we receive two slips from one singer, that singer would be entered in two

rotations. As new singers show up and submit song requests, they are put at the

end of the current rotation and they then become part of the next round of songs.

If we solicit a singer to sing another person's song request (see We are trying something

new above), it will not count toward that singer's one-song-per-rotation. We reserve

the right to modify any rotation slightly as we see fit and we will try not to have the

same song sung twice.

All our songs are computer generated and each song uses two files (.mp3 and .cdg).

We cannot play any other kind of karaoke formats.

We try to weed out adult songs (vulgar lyrics, X-rated content, etc.). We do apologize

if any songs on our list fit this criteria and we delete them whenever we run across them.

Also, we are not into "Rap" so you will not find many (if any) of this type song on our lists.

Karaoke Providers.

There are numerous companies that provide songs designed for karaoke and we may have

two or three different versions of the same song on our lists. If you are familiar with any

of the karaoke companies listed below, you can write their code on your request slip

(Example: SC for Sound Choice). If we have your preferred version we will use it.

Otherwise, we will select what we think is the best version of your song.
